At BIIJA (Truuly Wellness labs), we craft every Ayurvedic hair and skin care formulation with care and ensure it reaches your doorstep safely and swiftly. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery timelines, rates, and fulfillment process across India.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (India)

All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch and exclude Sundays and national holidays.

  • COD Eligibility: Cash on Delivery is available on orders between ₹499 and ₹4,000 across select serviceable pin codes.

  • Regional/Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations, island territories, or regions experiencing severe weather/monsoon disruptions may require up to 10–12 business days.

Order Processing & Dispatch Lifecycle

  1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS with your order summary.

  2. Dispatch Window: Orders are packaged and dispatched from our facility within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  3. Live Tracking: Within 24 hours of dispatch, a tracking link and AWB number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can also monitor your shipment directly from the My Account section on our website.

Shipping Guidelines for Ayurvedic Formulations

To ensure the safety, potency, and hygiene of botanical personal care products during transit:

  • Heat & Sun Protection: Store your package in a cool, dry place once delivered. Do not leave parcels in direct sunlight or heated corridors.

  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: If the courier packaging arrives tampered with, unsealed, or heavily crushed, please do not accept the parcel. Inform our team immediately.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate. BIIJA is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs.

While our logistics partners consistently meet estimated timelines, unexpected transit delays may occur during peak festive seasons, high-volume sales, or adverse regional weather conditions.
